Return Cost

We keep a set standard return cost of Thirty Dollars ($30.00) This is simply to cover the cost of the return of the unwanted product. We will refund you the difference (if there is a difference that applies).. We will not charge you over $30 for orders inside of the United States (if there is an overage that applies).

15 Days to Return

Any Jewelry that is custom configured or special ordered may not be returned or exchanged, the sale would be final at time of purchase. ( Please call our sales team for customer orders).

There is a Fifteen (15) day (from first day of arrival, not purchase) return policy on all items under $1,000). Orders above $1000.00 will have a 7 day return policy from arrival date. We will provide you a label to ship your package back

Exchanges

Can be made in forms of credits with GC Luxuries to be used towards another piece(s). We make it easy for you and have a sales team to help if you need it.
